EXCHANGES POLICY

We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange ONLY.

 Exchange request must be received within 7days of the delivery date. All swimwear must be returned back to us in it’s original packaging, all tags must be attached and sanitary liner in place for the exchange to be considered valid.

Exchange request must be received via email orders@audeswim.com  Once item is shipped  back to our facility, please send along tracking confirmation via email.

If you wish to exchange your item, a store credit will be issued  to purchase same item or any other available on the website.

Please be mindful that the item ordered may or may not be available in time of exchange as Inventory stock fluctuates daily.

 Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 2-7 business days.

SHIPPING

AudeSwim is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

AudeSwim is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has $50-$100 Through USPS and UPS.
